Salad Dressing Cake

Ingredients

Dona Foltz

2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cups cocoa

2 T baking soda

1/2 t salt

1 cup salad dressing (Mayonnaise)

1 cup hot water

1 teaspoon vanilla

Icing

1 stick oleo

4 T cocoa

6 T milk

1 t vanilla

1 lb powdered sugar

Directions

Beat and pour into oblong pan (greased and floured) and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.


Icing
Melt oleo, add cocoa and milk

heat to a boil and add 1 t vanilla

Add powdered sugar

Mix well

Allow to cool slightly

Pour over warm cake
